Distillation System is manufactured using stainless steel and M.S. Distillation Plants are generally used in chemical, Sugar, pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage industry. Distillation plants are designed in different specification and capacities.Distillation is the separation of liquid mixtures depending on the difference in the volatility of the components. The greater the difference in volatilities there will be, the easier the separation it will be. Vapour flows up the column and liquid counter-currently down the column. The vapour and liquid are brought into contact on trays (sieve, bubble cap, etc) or packing (random, structured, etc). Part of the condensate from the condenser is returned to the top of the column to provide liquid flow above the feed point (reflux), and part of the liquid from the base of the column is vaporised in the re-boiler and returned to provide the vapour flow.

1) Batch columns where the feed to the column is provided batch wise and it is only after the completion of the first batch, second batch is introduced.
2) Continuous columns where a continuous feed stream is provided to the distillation column and high outputs are achieved.

Condensers are included in stainless steel condensers and mild steel condensers. These condensers are optimally designed for efficient performance.These systems come with the steam condenser, which is a type of air-cooled heat exchanger. This heat exchanger has features like 35° sloped bundles to reduce the footprint, and 100 percent welded connections to avoid leakage.
