Industrial Feeders

Table Feeders

Table Feeders are used in various industries for various purposes such as feeding, drying and conveying. Table Feeder is the most flexible method of removal of material from hoppers and bins. Live load does not affect the operation of the equipment. A controlled and accurate flow is obtained from this equipment without spillage of distortion to the product structure. Table Feeders also come with adjustable control of rate of flow of material.

Rotary Feeders

Rotary Feeder is used to extract material from bins or silos which are under vacuum or pressurized. It extracts the material without any disturbance. Rotary Feeder is manufactured in different specification and sizes. These are designed for various industrial applications. Rotary feeder consists of star type rotor and casing.

Vibrating Feeders

Vibrating feeder is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and to feed materials into the crusher continuously and uniformly also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line. It is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc. Vibratory feeder consists of vibrating trough by use of electromagnet or vibrating motor.
